Vietjet won Asia’s Leading Airline - Customer Experience 2025 the third time

Vietjet, Vietnam’s leading airline was announced as Asia's Leading Airline - Customer Experience 2025 at the prestigious World Travel Awards (WTA), reaffirming its position as the continent’s major new-age carrier for the third consecutive year.

The WTA is regarded as one of the world's most respected honours in the industry as it recognises outstanding achievements through votes cast by industry professionals and travellers worldwide.

In a statement, the airline said the acknowledgement underlines its expanding role in enhancing air connectivity between Malaysia, Vietnam and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

The founder of WTA, Graham E. Cooke said Vietjet continues to set the benchmark for customer service in the aviation sector, reflected by the votes of both the travel and trade as well as the public.
