Started with misir sambusa – perfectly crispy with a flavorful lentil filling 🤌

The veggie combo was the highlight—so many rich, spiced dishes served on soft injera, each bite felt comforting and unique 😍

And don’t skip dessert… the Ethiopian coffee tiramisu was such a creative, delicious twist ☕✨

What I love most? They have so many options for vegans & vegetarians 🌱 and everything is 100% halal, which makes it even more inclusive 🙌
