Last night was all about a much-needed mother–daughter date at Jhoom… and honestly, I’m still thinking about it 🤍

From the moment we walked in, the whole place just felt different – elegant, luxurious, and nothing like your typical UK dining spot. The vibe alone makes it worth visiting.

Now let’s talk food… because WOW.

We started with the Jhoom platter (mix grill) and Dynamite Chicken – both packed with flavour and cooked to perfection. You know when starters set the tone? These definitely did.

For mains, we had the Mast Butter Paneer and Lajawaab Lamb… and I’m not exaggerating when I say every bite was unreal. Rich, fresh, and full of depth — proper comfort food but elevated.

Drinks – The Pink Emerald Kiss and Exotic Bliss were just as impressive – refreshing, unique, and beautifully presented.

And then the Pistachio Cheesecake… the perfect ending. Light, creamy, and honestly one of the best desserts I’ve had.

What really stood out though was the consistency. Usually, somewhere drops the ball – whether it’s starters, mains, or dessert — but here? Every single thing we ordered was 10/10.

The service made it even better. Tipu Sultan gave us amazing recommendations and really looked after us, and Zak kept checking in to make sure everything was perfect — which it genuinely was.

Also worth mentioning – it’s fully halal and no alcohol is served, which makes it such a great spot for a relaxed, quality dining experience.

I genuinely don’t understand why more people aren’t talking about this place… it’s a hidden gem!
