Building a “LaunchGood for Africa from Africa”? 🌍

In 2023, this wasn’t on my radar. I was consumed by Acco-Rifaaq, sacrificing everything to help young Muslims balance productivity and spirituality. But the realities of a first-time founder hit hard, and I lacked the resources to sustain it.

A mentor suggested crowdfunding and pointed me to LaunchGood. I was amazed—but then came the bummer: I couldn’t start a campaign as a Nigerian. 💔

That pain uncovered a deeper mission. Nigeria doesn’t have a “giving culture” problem (we rank 1st in global generosity!). We simply lacked the infrastructure to scale that culture.

In 2024, I dared to build again. I toiled as a solo technical founder—pre-AI workflows! 😄—supported by a few volunteers until it finally made sense.

AlhamduliLlah, DynaRaise was born. In our pilot phase alone, we’ve glimpsed the potential:
