I didn’t enter this industry for the money. I entered it because I was tired of watching my community make financial decisions that compromised their deen, and not many were there to guide them differently.

Sitting in this recruitment training today brought it all back. Why I started. Why I stayed. Why I’ll keep going.

Riba is everywhere. And for so long, the Muslim community has been told there’s no other way, that Islamic financial planning is too complicated, too niche, too hard to access. I refused to accept that.

To everyone who believed in me early, jazakallahu khayran. Your support carried me through more than you know.

And to those who didn’t have kind things to say, thank you too. Genuinely. You made me sharper, more grounded, and more certain of why I’m doing this.
