They specialise in high quality, tender Mongolian lamb slices — honestly some of the best I’ve had. So heavenly, especially once it soaks up all that rich broth. We opted for the spicy marrow chicken broth alongside the non-spicy version in a duo pot, which was perfect for switching things up depending on your mood. The spicy side had a deep, warming kick without overpowering the flavours, while the non-spicy broth was comforting and full-bodied.
