🔥 Hidden gem alert in Batley! 🔥

Tried the mix grill starters at Akash and honestly… WOW. The lamb chops were insanely juicy — dare I say even better than my peshawar 🤯 The chicken tikka boti was packed with flavour, and the malai boti was beautifully soft and creamy.

Before the starters arrived, we were served fresh poppadoms as an appetiser, with an amazing homemade mango chutney and fresh salad 🥗😋 — the perfect way to start the meal.

The platter also came with wings and masala fish, which the family absolutely loved. We skipped the seekh kebabs and doubled up on extra lamb chops and tikka boti… and I’m so glad we did because it was 🔥

For mains, we had charsi chicken and charsi lamb, served with fresh rotis coming out hot and some garlic naan on the side. Proper comfort food done right.

Honestly, the flavour in this place was amazing — the best I’ve had to date, Alhamdulillah. Wishing them all the best because they’re definitely doing something special here.
